Huekle ("we", "us") provides daily color games at huekle.com. This policy explains what data we process and your rights. Huekle is operated by an individual based in the European Union (Hungary). You can reach us at hello@huekle.com.
You don't need an account to play. Your game progress and streaks are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us. If you send us a message with the feedback box below a game, we store that message (see below). We only load analytics or advertising after you give consent.

For non-essential cookies and processing (analytics, advertising) our legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For operating and securing the site, our basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). For a feedback message, our basis is your consent, which you give by sending it. Because a message carries no identifier, we cannot later tell which message is yours, so please leave out anything you would not want us to keep.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To withdraw consent, use "Cookie settings" in the footer. To exercise other rights, contact hello@huekle.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Hungary, the NAIH).
Some third parties (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
On-device data remains until you clear your browser storage. Feedback messages are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Third-party providers retain data per their own policies.
Huekle is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where advertising is shown, we aim to avoid personalized ads for users who may be minors.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
