About Huespan — copy the size of a color step

Huespan trains interval reproduction — seeing the size of a lightness step and recreating that same step from a fresh starting shade. Copying a difference rather than a single color is a subtle skill: it asks you to treat the gap itself as the thing to match, exactly what you do when applying a consistent tonal jump across a palette or keeping shadow-to-highlight spacing even between edits.

First you study a reference pair to gauge the lightness step between them. Then, given a new shade, you reproduce the same-sized step. Four rounds test how faithfully you carry the interval across.
